Toral has over 18 years experience in executive search & selection.
She serves on the boards of ABC Consultants Group, Accord Group India, ABC Consultants and is a member of the Bombay chapter of the EO (Entrepreneurs Organization).
A graduate of Sydenham College, Bombay, she did her post-graduation in Personnel Management from the University of Bombay and the Accelerated Development Program from London Business School UK.
She is currently nationally responsible for the Consumer, Retail, Services and Real Estate practices for Accord Group India. In addition she has run searches in the areas of human resources, finance, media and telecoms. She has previously managed a significant portion of the ABC Consultants group operations in India & Middle East.
