Job Description

  • Heading HR Strategy role for India
  • This role will be leading a HR Transformation.
  • Will be leading HR Integration for new Business.
  • Will be leading IR Transactions.
  • This role will be strategizing entire HR, IR & Admin.
  • Will be leading security strategic measurements.

Preferred Qualification

  • Qualification: MBA Premier B School
  • Experience: 12 17yrs of experience
  • Needs to have worked on HR Transformation Projects, HR Integration Projects also needs to have understanding of IT
  • Someone participated in M&A with HR involvement will be preferred
