Business Head-NCS

Education: BE in Electrical or Instrumentation or MBA from a reputed institute.

Experience: 20 Plus Years of relevant experience from TAS and Smart City background

Job Location: Bangalore

Requirements
 

  • Deep understanding of Terminal automation commercial order to cash process, including planning, scheduling, order execution, inventory management reconciliation and supporting Commercial and Operations Management systems.
  • Understanding of terminal management and automation systems architecture, functions and process and the supporting field level equipment & procedures for pipelines, rail and truck loading modalities.
  • Domain knowledge on process automation for oil storage and custody transfer combined with safety & security systems like Fire Alarm System, Access Control and CCTV solutions.
  • Experience in managing complex smart city projects.

Responsibilities
 

  • Responsible for both Sales and Execution of terminal automation and smart city business.
  • Support sales in customer meetings, project pursuits and Industry training.
  • P&L Management.
  • Sales/Revenue/Billing/Collection and service delivery management.
  • Account Receivables Management, Contracts Management, Large Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Contractual Claims handling and Industry 4.0 Projects.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in TAS and Smart City avenues and work with Business and Sales leaders to assess competitors.
  • Be recognized as the leader of the Terminals and smart city Industry through monthly communications, business area and sales support and regularly reviews with internal stakeholders.
  • Support strategic planning activities at both global and regional levels. 
  • Enhanced customer satisfaction index through efficient service delivery, customer engagement & process improvement.
  • Effectively leading a team of engineers and sales to ensure healthy retention through Reward programs and delegation of jobs.

Support New Product/Solution introduction to customers through knowledge transfer, content management, training & presentations for successful order conversion
