Job Description:

  • Job evaluation/Job Matching for new positions
  • Determine competitive wage rates and develop or modify compensation plans
  • Having an understanding of best practices in the industry and manage salary survey
  • Payroll Management
  • Salary structure & restructuring
  • Manage yearly salary revision/promotion cycle
  • Design/Management of Variable Pay schemes
  • Design & formulate Talent Acquisition systems and handle senior management TA.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Design & formulate compensation philosophy in comparison to the salary structure of the company and market standards
