Job Description

Find new potential distributors / agents in the target countries to enter the market, send our profile to these potential distributors / agents, meet, understand and analyze their project.

Tie up with regulatory authorities/ law firms in the local market if required for the purpose of filing our dossiers in the country.

Deciding on products for registration based on market and competitor scenario.

Analyze the proposals from various distributors/ agents for interested products to develop business in local market under our MA / local company s MA.

Work out the costs and profit margins of the project, discuss and finalize the commercial terms internally and sign the commercial/ supply agreement with these customers.

Quoting the best offer price for tender aid agency/ institutional business to guarantee us winning and getting orders.

Proving the required documentation for tender participation on time.

Ensure timely supplies of dossiers and samples from regulatory department, get the dossiers filed & the registrations done and bring commercial orders for the company.

Ensure timely and consistent supplies of orders with faster deliveries to get repeat orders.

To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.

To constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.

Manage the movement of products in and out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process.

Manage the necessary administration and documentation for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all export activities.

Recognize and work along with R&D to develop some new products which have high potential for business in the country of business.
