Job Description

We are executing a leadership assignment of Head - Marketing & Communications with one of the Tier -1 Institute in Mumbai.

The KRA's would be:

• The incumbent will conceptualize, shape and implement communication and reach out strategies that seize and capture attention and support of various segments of donors.

• Conceptualize, shape and implement broad marketing & communication strategy to build an ecosystem that is a culmination of higher purpose, commitment and emotional connect with the Institute with an aim to secure its pioneering position in the Industry.

• Conceive, design and implement a robust strategy to position the Institute as the best and most progressive in the country

• Leverage and position the Institute's premier position in the country appropriately across forums, platforms and big events to get deserving visibility and contributions.

• Conceptualize and manage high profile events that galvanize the Alumni network as well as strengthen and showcase the Institute's leading position amongst Alumni, Corporates and UHNIs.

The desirable would be:

• 20+ years in branding, marketing and communication.

• MBA in Marketing preferably from Tier -1 Institute. 

• Experience with Not for Profit, Education institutes, NGO's and Governments preferred

• Strong event management and stakeholder management skills.
