Smooth functioning of Operations department

Improve Client Servicing and reporting capabilities

3

Manage to get statutory audits and Internal audits done from external auditors

4

Manage to get various processes documented and also get vetted from Internal auditors

5

Would track various statutory deadlines

6

Appoint, negotiate and finalise SLAs with key vendors

7

Participate in executions of various legal agreements

8

Coordinate with Offshore operations team and support processing
from India

9

Synergies operations of Offshore team with that of India and have
uniform processing standards for the whole enterprise.

Information Technology

1

Improve IT process in the organization

2

Bring in cost efficiencies with respect to IT procurements and
vendor management

3

Continue strategic approach, innovation and best practices in the use of technology and IT

4

Work with the management team to ensure market leading technology and tools for digital engagement

5

Audit

Criteria

Educational Qualification

Post qualification (preferably a Chartered Accountant

Experience

20 years of work experience with good knowledge of PMS business
Good understanding of Operations and Information Technology
