Manage rewards function for India
Designing compensation programs, resulting in significant and long-term changes to the company's compensation offerings and policies.
Local implementation of programs/policies as per global guidelines.
Involve in policy review, current payroll assessments, vendor selections, designing payroll processes. Conduct compensation surveys and analyse findings to add value to the company's strategic plan. ? Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
Experience in managing payroll processing functions like computation of salaries, attendance, leaves, fixed & variable pay entitlements.
Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity. Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.
Ensure competitiveness of Total Rewards programs including comprehensive compensation, benefits, incentives benchmarking and alignment of compensation structures.
Drive the annual salary review processes by managing all operational requirements for compensation year-end process including measuring market competitiveness, annual salary review process, and annual incentive plan process.
Drive adoption, communication, and change management of any systems changes and/or new system launches.
Ensure that the organisation complies with all compensation and benefits laws and regulations in the Asia Cluster it operates.
Extensive Stakeholder Management (both internal and external).
