Job Description
  • Implement communication strategies for delivery of corporate culture and business strategy
  • Manage budget related to corporate communications, ensuring that adequate provision is made for all activities.  
  • Develop internal publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, on-line, intranet, video, special projects and assignments
  • Proactively identify opportunities to reinforce the bank's positioning and develop and manage the overall corporate communications and digital programmes including PR and media relations, CSR and sponsorships, crisis communication and reputation management, websites and internal communications
  • Oversee compliance to corporate brand guidelines across all communication collaterals
  • Develop and implement crisis-management communication planning, readiness, and response capabilities consistent with the bank’s corporate guidelines
  • Oversee the development and production of the annual report while ensuring it adheres to the overall brand guidelines and corporate communications objectives
  • Act as focal point of contact for all media relations in order to establish and lead working relationships with all key print and broadcasting media
  • Work – in conjunction with IT and operations – on online banking projects in order to oversee communication and branding requirements for online banking projects
  • Ensure appropriate customer services communication
