Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide business/financial planning support, covering a broad spectrum of deliverables, analysis, planning and forecasting.
• Responsibilities will include monthly/quarterly forecast updates, target setting for financial goals, and business/financial planning reviews.
• Develop and prepare reports and analysis for business review with management related to key financial metrics and indicators.
• Partner with business leaders and decision makers to understand tradeoffs of business decisions through financial modelling, sensitivity analysis, and effective communication.
• Act as a liaison between businesses - across engineering, business management, site operations, tax, legal, procurement, accounting, etc.
• Provide Project Wise/Business Wise leadership with metrices /indices/dashboard of financial performance and be part of the review process.

• Analytical skills - Must have clear understanding about ratios, %Growth & variance analysis.
• Must have handled reporting of Profit & Loss account.
• Advanced Excel Skills, Strong knowledge of operational finance, financial policies, and controls & systems and SAP.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, particularly strong with cross-group collaboration and driving Executive level communications & presentations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business requirements.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
• Minimum of 10 – 15 years of demonstrated work experience; global team set up experience a plus.
• CA or MBA (Finance)
