· Build Strategy to reach the potential target group to leverage Application and Admission.
· Meeting all admission targets within stipulated timelines.
· Understand all programs, its USPs, its TG and formulate both online and offline admission strategies.
· Work closely with Division Heads, Faculty heads and all other stake holders for understanding requirements, fulfilment of admission.
goals and maintain regular and timely updates to all stakeholders.
· Work closely with Branding and PR team to develop strategies to upscale admission initiatives.
· Manage the Performance Marketing Budget along with Sr. Director – Marketing.
· Identify the Resources in the University and leverage for Performance Marketing.
The desirable would be:
Minimum Qualification & Experience
· MBA from Tier 1 B School.
· Work experience in Sales / Marketing of 5 t0 10 years.
· Experience of Digital Marketing Channel is mandatory.
