JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Incumbent will be responsible for increasing sales revenue and profitability for the assigned region by effectively managing the sales for properties based at Dubai.
  • Responsible for achieving Annual Sales Targets
  • We are looking for exceptional candidates who are Entrepreneurial, Dynamic and Highly mature, who have a sincere passion to build a career in the real estate business highly Interactive role which requires strong leadership, self - direction and ability to build excellent networks within UAE broker community.
  • Refine overall Brand Positioning, USP and create brand guidelines.
  • Promote and enhance the brand image. 

Any Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree/ MBA or equivalent
12 years of Sales Experience in Real Estate Brokerage or Developer MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Prepare market research and competitor analysis with continual updates.
  • Must be able to strategize business plans and efficiently execute strategic plans to grow in Respective regions. This position involves establishing rapport, building relationships & providing consultative sales to high caliber clients within the dynamic and affluent market.
  • Work cross functionally to implement effective and profitable growth strategies with Channel Partners / Brokers.
  • In addition, you will identify and secure new revenue opportunities working with key internal stakeholders to deliver the right product & required support for long-term success.
  • Develop and implement sales channel strategies by region to secure profitable growth.
  • Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Liaison with customer service in order to enhance the reputation of the company, increase profitability and to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Market research and competitor analysis.
  • Negotiate sales transactions and promote mortgage arrangements for all sales, ensuring that independent financial Advice is available.
  • Make a demonstrable contribution towards the company’s program of Continuous Improvement.
  • Ensure the sales team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear KRAs.
  • Provide adequate Product & Process training to all Sales Managers.
  • Promote and act in accordance with company values, systems, policies and procedures.
