Our client is a leading Ed-Tech organization in India creating user friendly digital learning solutions for students and schools. The organization is looking to hire Sr Manager Talent Acquisition (Volume Hiring) for Gurgaon Location who will be responsible for Bulk Hiring  in Non Tech. areas.

Candidate should have prior experience in Volume hiring especially with Consumer tech companies or new age company.

Should have managed a team size of 4-5 people

Key Responsibilities
? Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
? Develop and update job descriptions
? Attract, source and screen candidates/applications by using databases & job portals
? Screen candidates resumes and job applications
? Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
? Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
? Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to internal stakeholders
? Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
? Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and close staffing needs
? Create, maintain and continuously update the relevant databases
? Keep abreast with market information, talent movements and relevant business highlights
Requirements
? MBA in Human Resource Management
? Experience in non-tech bulk hiring
