We are hiring for Leadership role in Talent Acquisition for a renowned Online fine Jewelry brand.
The Incumbent will be responsible for heading the entire gamut of Talent Acquisition for both Physical stores (Offline business) as well as Online Website (Ecommerce business)
The Head TA will directly report to the CHRO and will have a team of 3-4 members reporting to him/ her.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating with Internal stakeholders - Leadership Team/Hiring Managers to understand and access hiring needs and strategizing hiring plans based on business need identification
2. Heading full cycle recruitment and talent pipeline process from the business needs definition to the candidate offer process stage.
3. Enhance candidate experience and to promote employer brand through social media in line with corporate talent acquisition strategy
4. Challenge, influence, and counsel business leaders through the selection process ensuring a strong fit between both internal & external candidates.
5.Frame Recruitment and Drive plan for efficient and cost effective hiring
6. Data Analytics - Maintain and monitor Demand Vs Supply, Demand Coverage, Cost per Hire, Time to Join and Offer to Joinee conversion reports
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 10+ Years in Talent Acquisition
Experience in managing Technology roles - (Digital, product roles etc.)
Experience in Managing Leadership Hiring
