Enable the development of effective HR oversight and processes
Lead the Company’s collaboration with other Designers, Contractors, Consultants and suppliers

? Managing multiple projects leading to bottom line improvement of the organization and more of delivering the credibility of projects within the time and budget.
? Submitting Successful EPC bids in a challenging multicultural environment and multiple stake holders
• Cost management and contract management
• Budget estimates. Profit and loss accounts
More than 20 years of experience in execution of projects related to Commercial Buildings / Real Estate / Airports / SEZ / IT Parks / Infrastructure Projects such as Metro Rail, Highways, Mixed Use Development, Large Integrated Power & Steel Plants, etc.
University degree in Engineering with an MBA or related advanced business degree.
Significant professional experience in excess of 25 years, preferably gained in a high-level executive capacity with previous experience of managing complex multi-departmental organizations that are project oriented - Commercial Buildings / Real Estate / Airports / SEZ / IT Parks / Infrastructure Projects such as Metro Rail, Highways, Mixed Use Development, Large Integrated Power & Steel Plants, etc.
Prior management of a multi-site business location is a pre-requisite.
Financial management experience is a key requirement with previous experience in successful business operations including P&L responsibility
Must be analytic with problem- solving skills, which support and enable sound and effective decision-making.
Should possess excellent coalition building skills with an ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and should also be a persuasive negotiator able to achieve consensus among differing opinions
Should possess outstanding presentation and communication skills and demonstrate the confidence to be a relationship builder
Should be process driven and well versed with the project/construction management processes.
