We are hiring for Head - Project Management (Core construction management expertise Mandatory) for a well renowned Real estate company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate shall have overall responsibility for execution of greenfield development and asset upgradation works.

Key roles and responsibilities shall include liasioning with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive the following:
? Project design brief
? Identification and appointment of project vendors such as PMC consultants, QS, contractors, consultants, architects etc
? Preparation of GFC Drawings
? Project cost budgeting with detailed BOQ
? Project life cycle planning
? Monitoring project execution from timelines and cost perspective; identifying and rectifying avenues of deviation

Qualifications
? Minimum 15 years of experience in a project execution and management role

? Work experience with a reputed real estate developer (regional or Pan India) , with track record of delivering completed projects from start to finish especially residential with a preference for low cost housing

? Candidate should have significant experience building and managing project execution teams especially outsourced teams
