Job Description
  • Handle complete recruitment life cycle – from understanding of client requirement, mapping, initial screening / candidate interaction, meeting / interview scheduling, etc.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple positions along with the other recruitment related operational work
  • Analyze talent trends in the industry and provide inputs
  • Talent Mapping at sectorial and functional level for mid to senior level positions
  • Understand the client brief and source potential candidates
  • Source profiles / resumes through multiple sources (headhunting, networking portals, job portals, internal references, etc.)
  • Candidate assessment at primary level, based on client requirement
  • Co-ordinate / schedule interviews and follow up
  • Maintain MIS / Trackers / Status reports
  • Assist in Business Development initiatives
  • Provide support for continuous improvement of the recruitment process by devising innovative ways.
  • Stay updated with current recruitment trends


The Ideal Candidate

  • 0-2 years of industry experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Good analytical, process improvement, basic Project Management skills
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

Education/Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree
