We are currently hiring for a VP Marketing role for a renowned interior designing ecommerce company based in Bangalore.

The individual will lead Performance, Digital & Brand Marketing for this company, and will have complete ownership of the vertical.

Key responsibilities include:

? Deliver monthly leads as defined by business ops while keeping a clear eye on CAC as defined by AOP
? Work in conjunction with business ops to maintain quality and increase efficiency of leads delivered
? Explore and identify new CAC-efficient lead gen opportunities
? Work with founders to create the 2 year Brand & Marketing vision and strategy, and execute the same to build awareness and brand recall in all markets the brand is present in
? Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
? Define and execute the customer referral strategy to build a winning engagement program while driving high referrals
? Design and deploy impact-creating customer communication at all relevant touch-points across channels including chatbot and customer facing products. Measure and improve effectiveness of the same
? Redesign customer journey along with the tech team as part of building a customer oriented product
? Read data, gain insights and incorporate back into the product
? Handle simultaneous projects across multiple teams
? Improve effectiveness of the website and paid landing pages from a lead gen and communication perspective
