We are executing a leadership role of Head Marketing with one of the leading EdTech company in Delhi/NCR.
The KRA's would be-
The desirable would be-
- Create, execute and lead the overall digital strategy and brand marketing function for the company, for its B2C, B2B and D2C lines of business.
- To successfully scale the brand and build awareness through different channels.
- Be a strategic partner to the sales efforts and work in unison to drive business performance.
- Be responsible for the marketing budget and the returns in terms of lead generation and partnerships forged.
- Build out a long-term organic lead generation strategy.
- Custodian of the brand website experience and overall online presence of the company.
- Minimum 12+ yrs of relevant work experience.
- Must have startup experience and have min 6+ years of growing a commercially visible and successful brand - a D2C or digital brand would be preferred.
- Experience in B2B and D2C marketing would be preferred.
- Edtech experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
