Own the PnL of the product category and plan, execute and achieve the budgeted revenue and margin targets.
Take open ended problem statements and independently solution to create a positive impact on the category PnL
Work cross functionally to drive go-to-market changes and roll outs almost independently, incl. solving for conflicts
Lead a team of manager and analysts to drive performance across various aspects of customer lifecycle for the category - new acquisition, loan renewals, repeat purchase, loan enhancements and cancellations
Experience in hiring and managing a mid-size team
Understanding of lending business - Underwriting, Risk assessment, lending market and customers needs
Liaison with sales, ops, lending partners and other teams
