Build and Manage overall sales process for India and Overseas
Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
Set and manage sales department budgets
Track, analyze and present sales metrics to senior leadership
Ensure that the high standards of the organization are maintained and enforced when necessary.
He/she also has the role to train assigned team members, who are usually made up of people from varying backgrounds, and different levels of experience.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and associates.
Candidates need a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ed-tech/B2C Internet based industry and in a leadership position.
