Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
  • HRBP for HQ Sales, business and category teams managing end to end employee lifecycle
  • Design and execute central programs for the Sales teams across India in the area of Performance, Talent Management, Culture and capability
  • Sales Org design:  sales plan by working closely with Sales Manager and provide support to achieve the same through incentive program and regular employee engagement
  • Facilitate Annual Performance and increment process
  • Guide Sales leadership on various people practices including (but not limited to) 1-1s, giving feedback and conducting objective goals review etc.
  • Build audit mechanisms and drive programs to increase the effectiveness of third party workforce
  • Design and strengthen processes to source talent for Sales org from various available channels. Maintain recruitment effectiveness and partner with TA function to ensure hiring as per defined TATs.
  • Employee Policies: Ensure communication of employee policies and ensure implementation
  • Grievance Handling: Manage grievances of staff, issue resolution and documentation.
  • Key Stakeholder Management- Work with cross functional teams, Sales Manager, HR and NHQ to achieve desired results.
  • Build and design- Training and engagement initiatives for the Sales org.
Skills Required:
  • Fulltime MBA in HR or allied field of studies is required
  • 4+ yrs of experience in HR and MBA from Premium B school
  • Experience in partnering with business leaders in dynamic and fast paced business setting
  • Experience of end to end Project launch and implementation
  • Expertise on MS Office, Reporting Tools
