Process Methodology

1. Recruitment diagnostic Study

  • Organize Individual meetings with the Talent Acquisition Team & other stakeholders
  • Study the current Talent Acquisition Process including Recruitment Strategy, Candidate Sourcing, Assessment & Selection and Offer Management. Identify inefficiencies/ development areas
  • Agree on the Traning Module

2. Design the training programme

  • Design the sructure of training programme including selection of Delivery Tools, Training Material, Evaluation Method , Duration and other logistics

3. Deliver & Evaluate

  • Evaluate and assess effectiveness of Traning Programme
  • Report Submission
