Zefrin is a Partner at ABC Consultants, where he advises organisations on building high-impact senior leadership teams across the Industrial, Oil & Gas, Pharma, and Healthcare sectors. He partners with multinational corporations as well as established and emerging Indian enterprises to deliver CXO and senior leadership search mandates.

He is a Production Engineer from Mumbai University and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune. Prior to executive search, he spent over seven years in the industrial and consumer durables sectors in business growth and distribution roles, gaining hands-on experience in launching new products, scaling businesses and understanding distribution-driven markets. 

Zefrin has led several senior mandates, including MD and CEO placements for growing Indian and multinational companies. He has also helped build ABC’s Industrial and Oil & Gas Practice into one of the firm’s most active verticals, establishing strong credibility across these sectors.

Based in Mumbai, he is a sports enthusiast who enjoys playing cricket on most weekends and follows a range of other sports. He also enjoys exploring new destinations and experiencing different cultures.
