Ritu is a Partner at ABC Consultants where she advises organisations on building senior leadership teams across Software Services, Infrastructure Services, GCCs, Products, e-Commerce, Consulting, VC-funded start-ups, Analytics, Shared Services, and BPO/KPO firms. Over the course of her career, she has led and executed several high-visibility, high-impact searches across these organisations.

She holds an MBA (PGDBA) from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai, and a bachelor’s degree in Home Science (Hospitality Management and Consumer Studies) from SNDT University, where she secured a silver medal and ranked second in the university.

Ritu is very well networked and passionate about search and selection with a strong focus on Information Technology (IT) organizations covering the entire spectrum of Software Services, Infrastructure Services, Captives, GICs, Products, e-Commerce, Consulting and VC funded start-ups as well as extensive work with Analytics, Shared Services, BPO/ KPO firms.

Over the years, she has led and executed multiple critical and complex leadership hiring mandates across levels with distinct strengths in senior-level searches for Technology, Operations & Functional/Business roles.

Based in Mumbai, Ritu enjoys listening to music and cooking in her free time.
