Pallavi she leads the Aerospace and Defence practice, advising organisations on building high-impact leadership teams. In addition to senior leadership hiring, she plays a key role in expanding the practice through strategic business development and industry engagement, drawing on deep sector insight and strong relationships across the defence ecosystem.
Prior to executive search, she served for over two decades in the Indian Air Force as a Squadron Leader and accomplished helicopter pilot, gaining extensive operational leadership experience and a deep understanding of the defence ecosystem that informs her work in leadership advisory. She is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where she completed her Executive MBA in Human Resource Management and Personnel Administration (2022–2023).
Pallavi’s contributions have been recognised with the Leadership Award from the World Women Leadership Congress (March 2026) and the Leadership Excellence Award at the Asia Pacific HRM Congress & Awards 2025, where she also participated as a guest speaker and panelist. She is regularly invited by universities and institutions to engage with students and young professionals on leadership, service and nation-building.
Based in Bengaluru, Pallavi is an athlete who enjoys yoga and fitness. She also plays the violin loves to paint and has developed a deep interest in vedic astrology.
