Jhanvi heads the Building Materials & Services practice, covering Hospitality, Aviation and Facilities. She brings over 24 years of experience in executive search and advises leading Indian and multinational organisations on CXO and senior leadership mandates across consumer, retail, services, building materials, telecom and manufacturing-linked sectors.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Madras University and a Master’s degree in Social Work, specialising in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Prior to joining ABC Consultants in 2004, she worked with organisations such as Core Careers, TeamLease and Macro Resources.

Over the years, Jhanvi has led several senior-level mandates and contributed to initiatives such as compensation benchmarking and organisational restructuring. Within ABC Consultants, she has also been involved in internal initiatives including CSR programmes and training efforts, contributing to organisational development.

Jhanvi lives in Pune and values a balanced, grounded approach to both her professional and personal life.
