Anubhav Verma is a senior leader at ABC Consultants, where he advises organisations on building high-impact leadership teams across Education and Retail sectors. He works closely with Indian conglomerates, multinational corporations, promoter-led businesses and emerging growth companies on CXO and senior leadership mandates. 

He holds a Hotel Management qualification, has completed executive education in leadership and professional firm management from premier institutions including the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and is pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration. Prior to and during his journey in executive search, he has worked extensively with leadership teams across diverse industries, gaining deep exposure to organisational dynamics, talent strategy and market evolution.

He actively contributes to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the firm and delivers leadership development training sessions across professional and academic forums. Anubhav is particularly interested in initiatives that strengthen employability, business communication skills and career readiness among young professionals. He has been an active member of RHA, a volunteer-based organisation that collects surplus food from restaurants and communities to feed the less fortunate.

Anubhav lives in Gurgaon and enjoys reading, engaging in leadership and business discourse, and mentoring young talent. He is an avid sportsman and loves to solve puzzles in his free time.
