John advises legacy companies, multinational corporations and high-growth organisations on building senior leadership teams across the Infrastructure, Power and Electrical sectors, with a focus on CFO, COO and Projects leadership hiring.

He holds a PG Diploma in Management from the Management Education & Research Institute, Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Delhi University. Prior to joining ABC Consultants, he worked with organisations such as Tata Consulting Engineers, Crompton Greaves Limited and Randstad across construction, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.

John has led over 100 senior mandates in the last decade at ABC Consultants, including CEO placements at some of India’s most recognised companies. He stays closely engaged with developments in the infrastructure sector.

He is based in Mumbai and enjoys reading, playing badminton and cricket. He also has a strong interest in world geography.
