Manaya leads the Logistics, Supply Chain & ICT Practice. She partners with multinational corporations and established and emerging Indian organisations to drive leadership hiring across traditional, operational, new-age and technology-enabled domains, while also advising on broader talent strategy and leadership needs.

She holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from PTU and brings close to 17 years of experience across executive search, talent advisory, and business development. She has spent over 12 years with ABC Consultants and has previously worked with Maven Workforce, Magnum Hunt IT Staffing Solutions, GlobalHunt India and Potential Search.

Manaya has partnered with clients on critical talent needs and successfully closing multiple C-suite and business-critical mandates. She also works closely with CEOs and CHROs to provide industry insights that support strategic decision-making.

Born and raised in Delhi, Manaya enjoys watching movies, binge-watching OTT content and spending time with her children.
