Namita advises organisations on building leadership teams across sectors such as energy and emerging industrial platforms. She partners closely with promoters and multinational companies on CXO and senior leadership mandates. Her work spans the upstream, midstream and downstream value chain, including equipment and services companies, EPC organisations, process licensors and the industrial automation sector, with increasing focus on organisations navigating the energy transition and circular economy opportunities.

She holds a degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Mumbai and began her journey in executive search in 2006. Since then, she has partnered on mandates across both technical and non-technical functions, with a core focus on sectors such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing & Engineering, Metals & Mining and Power.

She has closed over 50 senior and critical leadership mandates and built long-term advisory relationships, reflected in 80% repeat business. She works closely with organisations to cross-pollinate talent by innovating search strategies and bringing in leaders from adjacent domains. 

She has embraced a sustainable lifestyle over the past five years, integrating eco-friendly practices into her daily routines, home and work, and serves as the firm’s Chief Sustainability Officer. She is also a member of the Zero Waste Mumbai community, working on initiatives related to waste management and sustainable living.
