Vaishali heads the Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences practice at ABC Consultants. With over two decades of experience in executive search since 2004, she partners with boards, promoters and multinational corporations to build senior leadership teams that drive transformation across Pharma, Manufacturing and Engineering sectors.

She is a Commerce graduate with a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Welingkar’s Institute of Management Studies. She began her career with the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) / WHO / Tata Memorial on a cervical cancer project, followed by leadership roles at Gilbert Tweed Associates, before joining ABC Consultants in 2010.

She has led multiple set-up assignments and complex mandates, establishing herself as a trusted advisor in the industry.

Based in Mumbai, she balances her professional commitments with personal interests in gardening and working on projects for children.
