Neha leads leadership hiring and talent strategy within the retail industry. She also leads business development efforts to grow the retail talent practice and identifies opportunities across existing and new accounts.

She holds a Master’s degree in Management from IILM, Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi. She began her professional journey with ABC Consultants in March 2005, following the completion of her MBA.

Neha has led multiple senior mandates across both offline and online retail ventures, spanning startups, established Indian groups, and multinational organisations.

She volunteers for street cat wellbeing initiatives and supports a non-profit working towards reducing plastic use. Based in Delhi, Neha enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors and discovering new places.
