He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Vidya Vardhaka College of Engineering (VTU) and has held leadership roles at RGF Professional Recruitment, Adecco India and Vault Consulting Union.

Vinay has received multiple Best Consultant awards, including an All-India Best Consultant recognition and has led high-performing teams and practices across organisations.
