She holds a PGCHRM from XLRI, a Bachelor of Commerce from Mithibai College of Commerce, Mumbai University, and a Diploma in Interior Designing from Raheja College of Architecture. Prior to joining ABC Consultants, she worked with firms like WalkWater Talent Advisors, Deininger Consulting and Egon Zehnder.

Shaily has led several senior leadership mandates, including CXO placements for Indian conglomerates and multinational firms across Automotive, Manufacturing, and Aerospace & Defence sectors. She also participates in industry forums focused on leadership and talent in the automotive sector.

Based in Gurgaon, Shaily enjoys travelling and exploring global cultures, painting and cooking for friends and family.
