Yunus is an Associate Director at ABC Consultants, specialising in leadership hiring within the Technology practice. He partners with organisations to build strong leadership pipelines, advising on talent strategy, market mapping and senior-level hiring across critical functions. He has deep experience in consulting and stakeholder management and he has led mandates for pivotal leadership roles. 

He holds an MBA in International Business from ICFAI University, Tripura, and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Mumbai, and has prior experience with boutique consulting and research firms in the technology space. A Gold Medalist in the National Cyber Olympiad, Yunus has demonstrated consistent year-on-year performance since joining ABC Consultants. He has successfully placed senior women leaders, contributing to improved gender diversity across client organisations.

Yunus’ approach goes beyond conventional sourcing by identifying and engaging passive talent through an insight-led, consultative approach with a clear emphasis on quality over speed. He also contributes to mentoring junior consultants and supporting internal capability building.
