Prasad focuses on senior leadership hiring across the technology and digital ecosystem. He works with multinational corporations and leading Indian organisations to help them build leadership teams across both technology and business roles.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management and a degree in Engineering in Computer Technology from the University of Mumbai. Prior to joining ABC Consultants, he built strong expertise in executive search and leadership advisory, working with organisations across technology, consulting and product companies to identify and engage senior leadership talent.

Prasad believes successful leadership hiring comes from a deep understanding of both the role and the organisation’s context. His approach focuses on investing time upfront to clearly define the leadership requirement and map the right talent pool, often enabling him to present highly relevant candidates early on in the process.

He actively engages with professionals and industry networks within the technology ecosystem, helping him stay closely connected with emerging leadership trends and talent movements. He also supports non-profit initiatives that promote education for girls and access to STEM education for students in rural Maharashtra.

Prasad is based in Mumbai and enjoys trekking. He is also passionate about sports and enjoys playing badminton and squash.
