Shashank leads CXO and senior leadership mandates across the power, energy, and electrical sectors, working closely with promoters, boards and leadership teams to identify transformational talent. His focus includes diversity hiring, expat searches, and strategic advisory for clients navigating industry shifts.

He holds an MBA in Marketing from JK Institute of Management, Kanpur, and a PG Diploma in HR from Symbiosis. Prior to executive search, he spent nearly two decades in business leadership roles with organisations such as DuPont, Tata BP Solar India, Grundfos, Godrej & Boyce and Hanergy.

He was recognised as Best Performer of the Year (2021–22) at ABC Consultants and has delivered over 50 CXO and senior leadership mandates across energy, infrastructure, industrial technology and manufacturing sectors for Fortune 500 and NIFTY companies.

His approach is rooted in deep sector knowledge, long-term relationships and candid advisory. Drawing on his experience as a business operator, he believes leadership hiring is about aligning capability with strategic intent and cultural fit. He focuses on understanding business context, building trust with clients and candidates and delivering outcomes that drive impact.

He is an active member of Toastmasters International and is associated with The Art of Living Foundation, supporting community initiatives in Delhi NCR.

Based in Noida, Shashank enjoys public speaking, reading on leadership and spirituality and personal development and has recently taken up swimming as a new pursuit.
