Megha she partners with organisations in the electronics and semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem to build strong leadership teams. She works with multinational companies, global technology firms and Indian organisations on senior leadership hiring across sales, strategy, operations and technology roles.

She holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Prior to executive search, she spent over a decade and a half in the electronics industry with organisations such as Omron Electronic Components, 3M and Panasonic working across sales, marketing and business development. This experience gave her a strong understanding of how technology businesses grow, compete and scale in complex markets.

Across her 18+ year career, Megha has worked closely with businesses across the electronics value chain, contributing to market expansion, revenue growth, and stronger customer partnerships. In her current role, she focuses on helping organisations identify and attract senior leaders who can build teams, drive innovation and deliver long-term impact.

She remains closely engaged with professionals across the electronics and semiconductor ecosystem and is passionate about building diverse leadership teams while supporting professionals through career transitions. She is based in Gurugram and enjoys learning about different cultures and global business environments and has developed familiarity with languages such as German and Japanese.
