She advises Indian enterprises and multinational corporations on executive search assignments, with a strong focus on C-suite and senior leadership hiring. Her work centres on helping businesses navigate growth, transformation and evolving market demands through the right leadership talent across India and global markets.

She is a postgraduate in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Planning & Management, New Delhi, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Honours from Ravenshaw College, Cuttack. Prior to her current role, she managed global hiring across sectors in the EMEA and Southeast Asia regions, bringing a broad perspective on talent, leadership and cross-market hiring dynamics.

Akanksha has led several marquee leadership mandates, including Managing Director and CEO searches for Indian and multinational organisations. She has delivered over 100 transformative leadership mandates for leading corporates across India and global geographies including the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. She also participates in leadership conversations, sharing perspectives on sector evolution, business transformation, emerging talent trends and evolving leadership capabilities.

Akanksha is based in Delhi NCR and spends her weekends developing new skills and learning to play an instrument.
