Deepika leads key industry verticals at ABC Consultants, including Building Materials, Consumer, Consumer Tech, Retail, Media & Entertainment, Services, and Development. She also oversees Talent Advisory Solutions and manages the firm’s Private Equity relationships. With over two decades of experience, she partners with organisations to build leadership teams and deliver high-impact talent outcomes.

An Electronics Engineer from Nagpur University, Deepika began her professional journey with Wipro Limited before joining ABC Consultants in 2006. 

Over the years, she has worked closely with conglomerates, multinational corporations, Indian enterprises, foundations, NGOs, government bodies, and PE/VC-backed startups across Consumer, Media & Entertainment, D2C, and OTT sectors. Her expertise spans leadership hiring, team build-outs, domain-led C-suite mandates, and strategic talent initiatives.

Known for her people-centric approach, Deepika has built strong, trusted and long-standing relationships with clients and candidates alike. Outside of work, she enjoys experimenting with food and cooking, and values spending quality time with her family. She is based in Mumbai.
