Deepika leads key industry verticals at ABC Consultants, including Building Materials, Consumer, Media & Entertainment, Services, and Development, while also overseeing Talent Advisory Solutions and managing the firm’s Private Equity relationships. She brings over 20 years of professional experience, partnering with organisations to build leadership teams and deliver high-impact talent outcomes.

She holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University. After a successful stint at Wipro Limited, she joined ABC Consultants in early 2006, managing client relationships and delivery across Media and E-commerce.

Over the years, she has worked with a broad spectrum of conglomerates, MNCs, Indian organisations, foundations, NGOs, government bodies, and PE/VC-backed startups across Consumer, Media & Entertainment, D2C, and OTT, supporting them with successful leadership appointments.

Deepika’s work spans leadership hiring, team build-ups, domain-driven C-suite mandates, and talent projects. Deepika is people-driven, enabling her to build strong, trusted, long-term relationships. 

She grew up in Nagpur and is now based in Mumbai with her husband and two children.
