Dora is a seasoned and experienced Talent and Organisational Consultant having worked in depth across functions and levels in multiple industries. With 20 years of experience across functions and levels in multiple industries. She has worked extensively with fast-moving consumer goods, alcobev, e-commerce, SMEs, and unicorns, bringing the breadth of her experience to each engagement.

She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Mumbai University and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from Welingkar Institute of Management.

Dora has advised global organisations on organisation structure and the build-out of their talent base in India. She has successfully managed talent pipelines for global FMCG companies across phases of build, merger and shifts in people strategy. Her functional expertise encompasses Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Information Technology, Human Resources, Digital Marketing etc.

She lives in Mumbai and is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys travelling and new experiences.
