Khaz specialises in executive search and leadership advisory for the technology sector across India. With over 22 years of experience, he focuses on identifying and placing senior leadership and CXO-level executives in technology product companies, global enterprises, and venture-backed startups. 

He holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Chetana Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Production from Visvesvaraya Technological University. He has also completed the Leading Professional Services Firms programme from IIM Ahmedabad in 2024, along with a certification in Recruiting Talent with Social Media.

Prior to joining ABC Consultants, Khaz spent nearly eight years at CareerNet Consulting as a Practice Manager, leading senior hiring mandates for high-growth product companies across eCommerce, Banking, and Retail, with full P&L responsibility. 

Over the course of his career, he has closed several complex leadership mandates spanning Enterprise Software, Fintech, HealthTech, Gaming, MediaTech, eCommerce, Semiconductor, and Networking. He has been awarded with the Most Valuable Business Leader and Best Team Manager awards.

He remains actively engaged with the technology and leadership ecosystem and supports initiatives focused on social and community development. He is based in Bengaluru and is a passionate follower of cricket.
