Murali is a Partner at ABC Consultants and advises organisations on building senior leadership teams across the Power, Electrical, Electronics and Infrastructure sectors. He works closely with Indian and multinational companies, as well as PE-backed platforms, on CXO and senior leadership roles.

He is a Mechanical Engineer from Madras University and brings over 30 years of industry experience, including 15 years in recruitment. Prior to joining ABC Consultants, he worked with multinational organisations such as Praxair India and Global Gases Group across the country.

Murali has led several senior C-suite mandates, including MD and CEO placements for growing Indian and multinational companies as well as PE-backed platforms. He also participates in industry forums to discuss sector growth and emerging challenges.

Murali is based in Chennai and is an avid cricket enthusiast with a keen interest in the game’s statistics. He also loves to travel and discover new cultures.
