She drives both business development and delivery through a high-performing team, operating at the intersection of talent, business strategy and market insight.

She holds dual master’s degrees in Personnel Management and Mathematics, bringing analytical rigour and people insight to her work. With over two decades of experience in executive search and talent advisory, she has led global hiring mandates and partnered extensively with clients across the US, UK, and Europe.

She has partnered with multiple GCCs to set up operations and build leadership teams from the ground up. She is recognised as a thought leader in the GCC ecosystem with a strong point of view on talent, leadership, and evolving market trends. She also volunteers with Teach for India, supporting education for underprivileged children.

Based in Chennai, Namita enjoys business writing, travel and experimenting with different cuisines.
