Pranay leads the Global Leadership Hiring practice for the Technology vertical at ABC Consultants, partnering with technology companies across the US and UK/Europe to build high-impact leadership teams. He focuses on CXO and senior leadership mandates in these markets, bringing a strong cross-border lens through regular on-ground engagement in the US, working closely with clients and leadership talent. 

He holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from SRM University and began his career in technology with Accenture before transitioning into executive search. Over the past 14+ years, he has built deep expertise in leadership hiring across global technology organisations.

He has built and scaled the Global Leadership Hiring practice from the ground up into a high-growth, strategic business. His track record includes closing complex CXO and senior mandates such as COO, EVP, and Consulting Transformation leadership roles for global organisations, often in high-stakes, business-critical contexts.

Outside of work, he frequently supports old age homes and orphanages. He lives in Bengaluru and enjoys reading non-fiction with an interest in neuroscience.
