She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from R A Poddar College, Mumbai University. She began her career in executive search and has spent several years in the Financial Services sector across Investment Banking, Broking, Mutual Funds, Private Banking, Alternatives, and Market Infrastructure Institutions.

Priti has spearheaded the placement of over 100 senior leaders and CXOs across top-tier financial institutions in India, with a strong track record of executing high-impact searches across Investment Banking, Broking, Mutual Funds, Private Banking, Alternatives, and Market Infrastructure Institutions.
