Rajbir specialises in leadership hiring across Global Capability Centers (GCCs), technology and financial services organisations. He partners with global and India-based enterprises to hire senior leaders and functional leaders across engineering, digital transformation, analytics, finance and business operations. He advises organisations on building and scaling leadership teams in India, with a strong focus on multinational companies establishing or expanding their GCC footprint.

He is an engineering graduate and began his career as a developer before transitioning into executive search. Over the past 16 years, he has built experience across telecom, technology, financial services, and multinational GCC environments, progressing through specialist and leadership roles at Datawise Consultants, Indusion Consulting and Native. His work includes advising global clients on India market entry, setting up new capability centres, and delivering leadership mandates at the Director and C-level.

Rajbir has led the hiring of over 100 senior leaders across digital, technology and analytics domains. He played a key role in establishing a GCC for a US-based hedge fund, including onboarding the Site Head and has contributed to setting up a Digital Factory for a leading universal bank as well as building a general insurance company from the ground up.

He is actively engaged in building leadership networks and mentoring early-career professionals, particularly those exploring opportunities in GCCs. Based in Mumbai, Rajbir enjoys cricket, volleyball and chess and has a strong interest in music and travel.
