Ruchi leads the Consumer Durables practice, advising leading Indian and multinational organisations on building high-impact leadership teams across consumer durables, textile, manufacturing and adjacent sectors. Her work spans leadership hiring, talent mapping, succession pipelines and diversity hiring strategies.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (HR) and has completed the Management Program for Women Entrepreneurs at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. With over 19 years of experience across executive search and talent advisory, she has held leadership roles with firms including Quadrangle, Elixir Consulting, and TeamLease Services and began her career in human resources with GE Capital. 

Over the course of her career, Ruchi has delivered numerous senior leadership and CXO searches across consumer and industrial sectors. She also founded and leads a LinkedIn community focused on diversity hiring, bringing together professionals and recruiters committed to inclusive hiring practices.

She actively mentors women returning to the workforce and coaches professionals navigating career transitions. She also sponsors the education of two girl children through World Vision, supporting access to education for underprivileged communities and frequently writes on leadership, career growth and diversity in the workplace.

Ruchi is based in Pune and enjoys reading and writing about leadership, careers and personal growth and actively engages with a wide professional community through her writing and mentoring.
