Shikha is a seasoned executive search and real estate leader with over 16 years of experience spanning leadership hiring, business development, and strategic growth. She leads the Real Estate Vertical pan-India level for ABC Consultants and partners with developers, real estate funds, global design firms, proptech companies, co-working brands, and startups to build high-impact leadership teams across India and international markets.

Before moving into executive search, Shikha spent close to a decade in the real estate sector and has worked with brands like Mantri and Total Environment. 

An Architect from MNIT Jaipur with a PGDM in Marketing, she is known for her hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with deep expertise in scaling businesses, building P&Ls, and her ability to advise founders and C-suite leaders on strategic talent and growth initiatives.

Through her career she has handled front ending roles across B2B sales and HNI relationship management. She is based in Bengaluru and is a fitness enthusiast.
